Value Pledge
Most companies offer LEED feasibility studies as a way to obtain a LEED project. In our opinion, this easily leads to an analysis which is devoted to under reporting potential issues and costs, which ends up adversely affecting the owner once the certification process ensues. Our LEED Gap Analyses are based on the notion that we are a third party company doing due diligence for the owner. For this reason, we have developed a LEED Gap Analysis Value Pledge:
Experience
Our green building consultants have experience within the realm of LEED Certification management, LEED feasibility, energy efficiency analysis, cost estimation, financial analysis, feasibility analysis, project management, real estate appraisal and more. We have been working in commercial real estate since before energy efficiency became mainstream and believe that traditional real estate and construction management fundamentals provide the most sound basis for LEED & energy efficiency retrofit analyses, including the project management of such endeavors.
Objectivity
We provide objective, third party opinions and advice. Never will we underestimate costs or overestimate feasibility for the purpose of winning a job. Our responsibility is to develop and report the most objective information possible and leave the decision in the hands of the owner.
Risk Management
We believe that it is just as important for owners to understand the potential risks involved in the project as it is to know the potential benefits. Whenever possible, we try to highlight major potential obstacles that could come into play within the project.
