As we move into the Pre-Certification stage, your facility transforms into a high performance building that likely uses less resources, generates less waste, and is healthier for occupants. During the Performance Period, we have the opportunity to demonstrate and record how these changes are impacting building performance which will be used to obtain certification in which we will provide the LEED Certification Management.
Depending on the project, we develop and submit all credits, or guide other parties such as property managers or building operators through the entire process. The anticipated result, is LEED Certification.

What We Need to Get Started
