Founded on experience, our LEED Complete package is an end-to-end solution for taking buildings through the multi-layered LEED Certification process.
Starting with a Level 2 LEED Gap Analysis, we uncover specifically what will need to be adjusted to make your building ‘LEED ready’, and how much it will cost. As we move into the Pre-Certification stage, your facility transforms into a high performance building that likely uses less resources, generates less waste, and is healthier for occupants. During the Performance Period, we have the opportunity to demonstrate and record how these changes are impacting building performance which will be used to obtain certification in which we will provide the LEED Certification Management.
Depending on the project, we develop and submit all credits, or guide other parties such as property managers or building operators through the entire process. The anticipated result, is LEED Certification.

What We Need to Get Started
