LEED Gap Analyses
LEED feasibility presented in a clear and objective format.
We offer three levels of LEED feasibility analyses to aid our clients in understanding where their building is in relation to where it needs to be to obtain certification. All of which at a minimum include establishing the Energy Star score of the building, whether or not the building will meet the minimum LEED requirements, whether or not it will meet the prerequisites, and a risk management section devoted to examining some of the various risks that may come into effect during the certification process. All three levels vary in price, which is a result of the level of detail of the study.
Level 1 LEED Gap Analysis
Assesses the feasibility of LEED for Existing Buildings: Operations and Maintenance Certification to a basic level of detail, on a qualitative basis. This solution is best for clients seeking a basic LEED feasibility analysis that leaves cost estimation up to the client. Read more about the Level 1 LEED Gap Analysis here…
Level 2 LEED Gap Analysis
Assesses the feasibility of LEED for Existing Buildings: Operations and Maintenance Certification to a reasonable level of detail, on a cost basis. This solution is best for clients seeking a mid-level, more than basic type LEED feasibility analysis without getting into an extremely high level of detail. Level 3 LEED Gap Analysis
Assesses the feasibility of LEED for Existing Buildings: Operations and Maintenance Certification to a high level of detail, on a cost and investment basis. This solution is best for clients seeking a robust LEED feasibility analysis with sensitivity. Read more about the Level 3 LEED Gap Analysis here…
